The ORD facility is accessible from 08:00 of Monday to 12:00 of Saturday but with daily submission limit.
The facility may not be available in case of class/work cancellations due to holidays, inclement weather, health risks, and other reasons
Clients are expected to check first if they have clearance holds before submission of request. We regret that we cannot process your request if you have any clearance holds.

This facility to request for documents is intended ONLY for students/alumni who attended:
De La Salle University - Manila
De La Salle University - Laguna Campus formerly De La Salle University-Canlubang / Science and Technology Complex
It does not cater to students/alumni from other De La Salle system schools such as the College of St. Benilde, Medical and Health Sciences Institute, Dasmariņas, Araneta, etc.

Transcript of Records
Certifications
Certified True Copy of Diploma
Special Handling (with scanned copies of forms - e.g. WES, CES, LSAC, NCEES, IQAS, etc., to be emailed to hub@dlsu.edu.ph)
For other document types, please access this link to submit the request via The Concierge Support Portal. Select Report an Issue > Academic Document Requests > Document Request Submission.
Clients can choose from two processing types:
Regular - Documents will be released after 8 working days and
Express - Documents will be released after 3 working days
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and Christmas break.
Express processing may be suspended due to system issues and is not applicable for some document types.
